 THE SMALL STILL VOICE!

The truth is many of us have the in built conception within our minds,  that hearing from God is usually dramatic or better still, mysterious.

What I mean to say is,we have been taught that, you must hear a thunderstorm in your dream or probably see the  heavens open and then hear a voice saying, "MY CHILD DO THIS OR THAT” 

As good as that experience sounds , God is God and He can speak to you in which ever way that pleases him … but to be truthful, as a son or daughter of God , God longs to speak to you daily.

But we’re so distracted by the thought that the voice of God must be so thunderous and if there's no thunderstorm then that’s not God speaking to me ..

The day I got this revelation I laughed because I was once in that shoe too until I discovered I’m not the only person to experience such! Even the prophet of old in the good book once fell victim to that circumstance!

And that prophet is by  name Elijah 😆! 

Like you and I , Elijah too thought God will speak to him through fire , earthquakes . But Unfortunately, God didn’t ! 

But then he was hearing a small still voice which he has been despising , 

he must have assumed that the voice could never be God's.

 but as God will have his way He was the one speaking !!

Listen to me , God will speak the language you understand, if you’re a baby Or adult or whatever tribe or ethic you belong too.

Take heed to that small peaceful voice flooding through your mind and DO what it ask you to DO.

Lastly as a child of God , God speaks to you daily .

Your job is to be like baby

1 Samuel 3:10 And the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, Samuel! Samuel! Then Samuel answered, Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.

Our job is to listen and obey the voice when HE speaks !!

In my next post, I will explain in details how to filter If it’s God speaking or if its the devil because the DEvil speaks too !!! Anticipate !

Now , I want you seek the face of God and pray saying... LORD SPEAK TO ME FOR YOUR CHILD IS LISTENING!
